We presented at FLIP+
The AQA Global team were excited to share our latest AI research at the FLIP+ 8th Annual Event in the Netherlands in June. Their presentations included:
- New Age for Digital Assessment: Explainable Scoring with Large Language Models.
Presented by Jiazheng Li, PhD student at Kings College London, and Cesare Aloisi, AQA - Numeracy for Real Life: trialling an innovative new digital numeracy assessment and teaching and learning app with students and teachers.

We exhibited at EAA 2025
We were excited to join colleagues at the e-Assessment Association International Conference in London this year. This year’s theme focused on ‘how cutting-edge digital innovations are transforming assessment in education’.
We had the opportunity to share our expertise in digital exams, with Ben Rockliffe, one of our digital exams experts, on the panel discussing "Is a formative first strategy the best route to 100% digital?".
We exhibited at EWF 2025
We were proud to return to the Education World Forum conference in May 2025 as a Gold Industry Partner. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet with other leaders in education who are working to improve standards through high-quality assessment.
There were many discussions on visions for education from around the world and brilliant insights into the latest strategies for fostering innovation at a national level.
We presented at FAB 2024
We were delighted to exhibit and present at the November 2024 Federation of Awarding Bodies annual conference in Leicester, UK.
Our team ran an industry survey on the regulatory and technical issues facing awarding bodies and presented their findings in a session on ‘Leading a Strong and Sustainable Assessment Sector’.
We attended AEA-Europe 2024
In November 2024 we were delighted to exhibit at the 25th Annual Meeting of the Association for Educational Assessment – Europe.
In beautiful Paphos, Cyprus, we enjoyed discussing the emerging uses of technology in assessment.
We attended E-ATP 2024
The October 2024 European Association of Test Publishers conference in Berlin, Germany, was a wonderful event. It gave the AQA Global team the opportunity for to discuss the latest developments in digital exams with test publishers from across Europe.
We attended Bett Asia 2024
In October our team joined other education professionals in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for Bett Asia 2024.
We were able to discuss our experiences in teacher training, occupational skills, and digital transformation with assessment leaders while on the Department for Business and Trade’s UK Pavilion.
We attended IAEA 2024
We were extremely proud to be a Silver Sponsor of the 49th annual International Association for Educational Assessment conference held in Philadelphia, USA.
At the September event, the big question was ‘How Can AI Help Improve Educational Assessments?’. It was an exciting conference where our team was pleased to discuss this question with some of the leading innovators from the world of testing technology.
