How a Digital Readiness Audit lets you plan with clarity and deliver with confidence

What's involved?

A Digital Readiness Audit will give you clarity and confidence to plan your digital assessment roll out. It takes around one month to complete an audit and produce your custom report.

The information we need for the report is gathered in two ways:

Discussion of project goals

These informal sessions with your project sponsors help us learn about your context and priorities, understand your requirements and tailor the audit to address any challenges.

Our team will then be able to direct their attention to the areas you are most interested in exploring.

Process and system review

Working closely with your leadership and technical teams, we then review your existing assessment processes and infrastructure.

We will work around your team to carry out a thorough evaluation of their current working practices, either remotely or with in-person visits to your sites.

Each report will include:

A comprehensive review of your current assessment systems, processes and technologies by an experienced team of digital assessment experts.
A SWOT analysis covering strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats within your organisation.
An objective evaluation of readiness for digital exam delivery at scale.
A detailed report with prioritised evidenced-based recommendations for next steps, specific to your context.
A bespoke roadmap for delivering your digital assessment aims. Including how to maintain security, fairness and quality while increasing efficiency and innovation.

After you have received your report we can also provide follow-up support for you next steps. This can help you to kick off implementation planning, where you want to begin rolling out digital assessments right away, or support you with further research such as an infrastructure evaluation to assess the capacity of schools and centres to manage digital exams.
